How to be Alone- inspired by Tanya Davis

There is something great about being alone
You can sing and write without society's steady drone
With creativity feeding off these times of solitude
We wouldn't have these masterpieces in such magnitude.
And there is also this place called silence
When words have become so superfluous
We move to this space
Where there is no verbal violence
It's just quiet, even quite the riot
What can your mind imagine, you should try it
You might like it,
I like it.

But sometimes I feel scared when I'm trying to be alone
Maybe I AM blocking out that steady drone
but I need it
I need my creativity to breath off of it
I am set free off of it
For without my social interactions
I would have no satisfaction
No passion
So although being alone can be so liberating
In fact it's my social surroundings that act emancipating.
